Dry Needling Available
Orthopedic/Sports Acupuncture blends traditional Chinese medicine principles with orthopedic testing and motor point needling (dry needling). Each acupuncture session is paired with massage and often includes cupping or Gua Sha. This integrative approach effectively addresses musculoskeletal disorders, post-operative recovery, and both acute and chronic injuries.

Sports Massage
Sports massage incorporates myofascial techniques and deep tissue therapy, with optional cupping and Gua Sha available upon request. Tipping is not required. Enhance your session with add-ons like Dry Needling or Red Light Therapy for an elevated experience.

Lab Work
To best optimize your performance in life and activities, it’s important to know what’s going on beneath the surface. PBAM offers the following lab testing for optimum health: hormone testing (male and female), thyroid, adrenal, CBC, metabolic panel, PSA, and more.
